From XO, Kitty Season 3 to Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, Should You Add These To Your Watchlist?

Three very different returns, one big question: which ones are actually worth your time?

Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat

JuryDuty is back with Company Retreat, which finds Anthony Norman working as a temp for the eccentric, family-run Rockin’ Grandma’s Original Hot Sauce. The catch? He doesn’t know he’s the only non-actor in a fully staged company retreat.

The first season of the mockumentary show surprised viewers with its humor and heart. Somehow they managed to do it again! While I’m not sure if it’s quite as funny as the first season, it’s amazing they were able to find another genuinely good-hearted person just like Ronald Gladden was. It definitely stands on its own, bringing together a quirky cast of characters you can’t help but fall in love with. It’s all anchored by everyday hero Anthony Norman, who’s just as eager to play around and get in on jokes as the rest of the cast. Some of my favorite gags were the fully redheaded corporation looking to take over the company, Other Anthony’s wild one-liners, and PJ’s Snack Attack videos. Not all of the humor lands and the celebrity guest for this season isn’t as fun as James Marsden, but the commitment to the bit is still impressive. Weird and chaotically sweet, there’s a reason this formula keeps on working.

Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat is streaming on Prime Video.

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man

Peaky Blinders fans, Tommy Shelby is back and his legacy is finally catching up with him.

Cillian Murphy returns to the iconic role in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, now a man haunted by the sins of his past. It’s a powerful father-son reckoning as his fate pushes him to help his son, played by Barry Keoghan.

There’s stunning cinematography, jaw-dropping moments, and the booming rock soundtrack the Peaky Blinders franchise is known for. It really closes out this chapter with a bang while setting up the sequel series that will follow the next generation of Shelbys in 1953 Birmingham.

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man is out now on Netflix.

XO, Kitty Season 3

It’s Kitty Song Covey’s (Anna Cathcart) final year at KISS and she’s ready to go out with a bang! Armed with her “Senior Sunset” bucket list, she wants to make unforgettable memories, get closer to her Korean family, decide her future, and, oh yeah, define the relationship with Min Ho (Sang Heon Lee). But Kitty has to learn to embrace the imperfect when her plans don’t go as she expected.

XO, Kitty is a quick, bubbly watch. We finally get to see Kitty and Min Ho’s relationship, but halfway through, everything implodes for them. Lana Condor returns as Lara Jean to support Kitty during this pivotal time when it comes to love and making a major decision about her future. Despite dramatic ups and downs, enemies become friends and friends become family. Kitty may make a lot of mistakes, but she also has a big heart and a way of bringing people together.

XO, Kitty season 3 is streaming on Netflix.
