Things Take A Bloody Turn In Mike Flanagan’s Carrie Trailer

tv

Mike Flanagan’s reimagining of the Stephen King cult classic Carrie is almost at our fingertips!

The trailer shows teenage misfit Carrie (Summer H. Howell) attending school for the first time after her father’s devastating death. Making friends and attending parties, life is seemingly going well for her, but things quickly take a turn.

With a town full of secrets, relentless online bullying by her classmates, and an overprotective mother, Carrie becomes the subject of ridicule on more fronts than one. Navigating through this chaotic emotional time, Carrie also discovers and comes to terms with her mysterious telekinetic powers that lead her to one final night.

Samantha Sloyan, Siena Agudong, Alison Thornton, Joel Oulette, Josie Totah, Arthur Conti, Thalia Dudek, Amber Midthunder, and Matthew Lillard round out the series cast.

All eight episodes of Carrie arrive at Prime Video on October 7.
