Max Puts His Heart On The Line With Alice In The Way Home Series Finale Exclusive Clip
Ahead of The Way Home series finale, Pop Culture Planet has an exclusive look at a pivotal moment between Alice and Max.
In the clip, Max confronts Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) about the song she wrote called “Already Home.” Inspired by the romance between young Del (Julia Tomasone) and Colton (Jordan Doww) in the 1980s, the song holds a special meaning for Alice. But Max believes it’s really about them.
“That song you sang. The one you wrote. It’s about me, isn’t it?” asks Max, played by Dale Whibley.
A stunned Alice quickly shuts down the idea. “Whoa, what are you talking about?”
Max responds by quoting her lyrics back to her. “‘You push me to be who I can be. You believed enough for the both of us.’ I do that for you.”
“No, no. That song’s about a couple that I know. It’s not about you or me,” Alice insists. “It’s about the kind of relationship I want.”
“And you’re not getting that with Noah,” Max replies. “You can have it, Alice. With me. I know you see it.”
After delivering the emotional confession, Max gets back in his car and drives off, leaving Alice with plenty to think about. Will the best friends become more?
Fans won’t have to wait long to hear “Already Home,” which will be added to The Way Home soundtrack across streaming platforms after the episode airs.
Don’t miss The Way Home series finale airing this Sunday on Hallmark Channel.
